Dr. William R. Kirtley, DDS
Dr. William Kirtley was born and raised in Danville, Indiana and received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wabash College in 1983, graduating Cum Laude. He graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1987 and moved to Seymour, Indiana to join the dental practice of Dr. Jerry Cartmel and Dr. Jim Fouts. Following their retirements, Dr. Jason Stuckwisch joined the practice in 2001 and then in 2020 Dr. Kirtley’s son, Dr. Connor Kirtley, joined the dental team.
Dr. William Kirtley has long been practicing family dentistry including general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry for adults and children. He has expertise in a variety of practice areas including crowns, implants, veneers, dentures and more. Dr. Kirtley has a passion for serving the dental needs of this community and has a genuine desire to improve his patients’ lives. He strives to ensure his patients are comfortable during any and all procedures and continues to stay ahead of all the latest advancements in dentistry to provide his patients with the best quality of care in the field.
Dr. Kirtley is quoted as saying, “I’m a lucky guy! The connections I’ve made from living and being active in the community has allowed me to really get to know patients outside the clinic walls. Building these relationships has made serving and caring for my patients so worthwhile.” In his spare time Dr. Kirtley enjoys being outdoors doing yard work, playing golf and watching any and all athletic events, especially IU! Dr. Kirtley is married to his wife, Laura, and together they have two sons and their rescue dog Shadow!
Dr. Jason T. Stuckwisch, DDS
Dr. Jason Stuckwisch graduated from Brownstown High School and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Indiana State University graduating Cum Laude. In 2001 he graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry and joined the dental practice of Dr. William Kirtley and Dr. Jerry Cartmel (retired).
Dr. Stuckwisch resides in Seymour and is a lifelong resident of Jackson County. He knew he wanted to return to his roots to practice dentistry and is honored to treat those in this community. Dr. Stuckwisch enjoys building relationships with patients and their families by providing patients of all ages with high-quality and comprehensive dental care, which is both comfortable and enjoyable. He has expertise in a variety of practice areas, including preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. These services include crowns, dentures, veneers, dental implants and tooth-colored fillings. Dr. Stuckwisch logs many hours of continuing professional education each year to ensure patients receive the most up to date dental care. Utilizing the newest and most innovative dental technology available you can rest assured you are receiving the highest quality of care.
When Dr. Stuckwisch is out of the office he enjoys IU athletics, golf, fishing, camping, traveling and spending time with his family: Wife, Suzi and twins, Ty and Liza.
Dr. Connor M. Kirtley, DDS
Dr. Connor Kirtley was born and raised in Seymour, IN. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Indiana State University in 2016, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was the recipient of the Hines Memorial Medal. In 2020 he graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Connor Kirtley joined the practice with his father, Dr. William Kirtley, and Dr. Jason Stuckwisch with a goal to provide high quality general, cosmetic and restorative dental care. He is committed to helping make you feel as comfortable as possible and to use the most gentle and advanced methods during his procedures. Quality dentistry rendered with compassion and care is Dr. Kirtley’s highest priority. His ethical standards, along with his value for long-term relationships with patients and their families, make him a trustworthy practitioner.
Dr. Connor Kirtley is honored and humbled to serve the people in his hometown and to provide patients with a positive, well-informed dental experience that allows them to achieve not only a beautiful and healthy smile, but to experience the far-reaching benefits oral health has on one’s self-confidence and overall quality of life. When Dr. Kirtley is not in the office treating patients you will find him creating recipes in the kitchen. He enjoys cooking, barbequing and entertaining friends and family.
